I was going to write about my first day as a full timer at the Fort Myers Banana and I was reminded of this Mitch Hedberg joke that I think is really funny but no one else probably does. Which usually happens anyway and I end up laughing histerically for 10 minutes straight all by myself so I'm used to it.
But anyway the first day went really well and I met some really cool people. This one guy , Luis, some of you may remember that he called me about a visuals position before I moved down. He is super cool and kind of like my replacement for Scott (my favorite person in the world from the Banana at home) and it turns out that they know each other because they both lived in Las Vegas and worked at Banana in the Venetian! Such a small world!

Ummm... I saw Mitch Hedberg live in Ann Arbor with Ian and I LOVE him, and this joke made me laugh for several minutes!
Just to clear this up. Scott and Luis did not work together in Vegas, it was a different Scott. But they did both work at different Bananas around the same time in Vegas so they very well could have known eachother.
